Vircle: The Virtual UEW Circle

How Vircle Works
A student in Vircle gains entry to the Third Circle via four tasks:
#1. The student completes a one-year project which provides something new in the Wiccan community. The project must be approved by a mentor.
#2. The student completes at least one journal-quality article.
#3. The student completes a required number of manditory and elective lesson sets.
#4. The student writes a lesson set for IMP or Vircle.
The length of time a student takes to complete Vircle is half the amount of time said student is supposed to work as a mentor/assistant on Vircle.
The student must work with his/her Vircle mentor to complete tasks in a satisfactory way. The mentor has the right to hold a student back if they feel a student's progress is unacceptable.
In Vircle, you will demonstrate YOUR knowledge of Wicca, your ability to research and your ability to process new information. You will demonstrate both new and old knowledge of Wicca, and if you have forgotten a lot you will be given a chance to remember. Vircle trains you to be a leader in your community if that's your goal, or a talented and educated member of your community if that's enough.
