IMP is a program designed for Wiccans who are currently without a Tradition or who are transferring into UEW from another tradition. It is expected that those involved in IMP have a minimum of five years as an advanced student of Wicca. It is open to adults twenty-five years old of age and up. It is not open to students of solely online traditions, and students of some traditions may take as much as two years to complete all requirements. In addition, IMP students may be asked to leave if it is felt they are not making accurate progress.

IMP is not a part of Vircle so much as preparation for it. IMP gives the first two circles of UEW to (demonstrably) advanced students. For technicalities under CUEW rules, IMP is part of the (offline) coven MacMorgan Covenstead. Students interested in IMP must send an email requesting details to i.m.p@macmorgan.org the email should address who you are and what your interests are in IMP. Why do you want it? What are your goals?

While IMP is technically free, the books required to be part of IMP are not. IMP only takes paypal, and, in general, about $50 worth of books are required a year. It is possible to buy books directly from the manufacturers or online bookstores like amazon.com, but students caught lying about what books they have will be removed. What you are required to read will largely be based upon your answers to the questions you are asked.
